We don’t have the traditional office as Richard spends much time traveling. Please note that we follow a typical business week from 9-5pm Mon-Fri. If traveling, responses may take longer.
Our extended global health team members work in various areas around the world, some from their home office and some with a traditional office practice. If we have already referred you to one of our health team members, we will pass along your contact information so they may contact you directly.

If you need personal support beyond an email, please feel free to email us with a call back number we will get back to you as soon as we can. Again, we do not have a traditional office and Richard may be traveling, teaching online or working with clients from his home office and can not accept phone calls during those times. If you are experiencing technical issues, we will do what we can to help sort that out for you. Please note any troubleshooting help offered in the course website and try to implement those tips before contacting us about technical issues. We will do our best to help you will any troubles you may be experiencing with technical issues but our staff is limited so be patient for a reply.

Physical Products Ordered:
Please note the shipping times vary on products ordered from the store. All parcels are sent by regular mail and may take 4-12 weeks for delivery depending on where you live, customs, and your post office service once it reaches your country. Also in stock quantities may be limited but can be processed quickly for shipping. This is why we allow up to 12 weeks so that if we have a sudden large amount of orders, that new stock can be secured to ship the overflow of orders.
